Custom Shed Designs You'll Love

At Grey's Woodworks Inc, we can help you design a shed to match your property or pool house to meet your needs. Using our 3D shed-builder technology, you can make your custom shed using our many options for siding, doors and windows. All sheds and pool houses are handcrafted in our safe, modern, off-site workshops, so you won't have to worry about any construction work being done directly on your lawn.

Purchaser's Responsibility:

• Please have 10 to 16 (2″ thick) concrete patio blocks ready for our crew to use for leveling purposes.
• In order to deliver a fully assembled building, we require a minimum height clearance of 14′ and a minimum width clearance of 2-4′ wider than the building being delivered. Be aware of any overhead wires, tree branches or existing overhangs.
• If the site is more than 6″ out of level, it needs to be leveled by the purchaser by installing a frame and filling it with gravel or a similar material.
• Please note: ALL excavation, concrete blocks and building permits (where applicable) are the purchaser's responsibility.
• Optional on-site preparation is available.
• Gravel pads ensure that your new building will have optimal floor support, good perimeter drainage and a cleaner appearance, plus an increased lifespan.
• We reserve the right to upcharge a customer based on the desired location and the accessibility of the shed site.

Site Access and Delivery

Not only does a shed or pool house from Grey’s Woodworks provide you with much-needed storage space for your mower, snow blower or bicycle – it is also an attractive addition to your property as well. Our business is fully insured and we have the necessary building plans to help you through the permitting process.

Using a lightweight machine called a mule, we’re able to deliver your shed into most tight spots and challenging sites with ease, plus save your lawn from the full weight of a truck on top of it. With no additional cost, it’s the top-of-the-line service necessary to deliver your beautiful, fully assembled shed!

For locations with limited access, we offer customers a build-on-site option. The price for this option for sheds, pool houses and gazebos is an additional 20 percent of the base retail price of the building.

Note: Grey’s Woodworks reserves the right to upcharge a customer based on the desired location and accessibility of the shed site above and beyond the normal pricing due to any extraordinary situations.

Our Warranty

Grey’s Woodworks warranties all our workmanship for five years. Materials are guaranteed as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to our standard practices. Also, different manufacturers' warranties apply.

Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will incur an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or any delays beyond our control.

Owner is to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our crew is fully covered by workers' compensation insurance.
