Site Preparation:
- Please have shed site relatively level with brush and debris cleared.
- Please have 10 to 16 2" thick concrete patio blocks at site for Grey's crew to use for leveling purposes.
- The shed site should only be approcimately approximately 150 feet from where truck can park.
- If site is more than 6' out of level, it needs to be leveled by purchaser by installing a frame and filling it with gravel or other similar materials.
Excavation, concrete blocks and building permits (where applicable) are the purchaser's responsibility.

STANDARD FEATURES
FOUNDATIONS:
4X4 pressure treated landscape ties

FLOORS:
3/4" tongue & groove exterior plywood over 2" X 4" framing on 16" centers.

WALLS:
2" X 2" framing, sided with kiln-dried 1" x 10" pine board batten siding.

ROOFS:
All roofs are made with kiln-dried 1" x 10" pine boards and covered with 240 lb. seal tab shingles

DOORS:
4' wide double door or 30" wide single door on the Salt Box.
5' wide double door on the Dutch Gambrel.

Standard with these sheds: Brown, white or black roof shingles and "Sikkens SRD" wood preservative (to be applied by purchaser).
Window and door placement may be changed to suit your needs. |
