Customizing options include: additional windows, 30" window box with brackets, batten shutters, extra 5' wide pine double door, extra 5' wide cedar double door, extra 30" wide pine single door, extra 30" wide cedar single door, black hardware on pine double and single door, 7' wide double door, 8' x 6'4" garage door, additional loft - 4' lengths, pressure treated ramps.

Site Preparation:
- Please have shed site relatively level with brush and debris cleared.
- Please have 10 to 16 2" thick concrete patio blocks at site for Grey's crew to use for leveling purposes.
- The shed site should only be approximately 150 feet from where truck can park.
- If site is more than 6' out of level, it needs to be leveled by purchaser by installing a frame and filling it with gravel or other similar materials.
Excavation, concrete blocks and building permits (where applicable) are the purchaser's responsibility.

STANDARD FEATURES
FOUNDATIONS:
4X4 pressure treated landscape ties.
FLOORS:
3/4" tongue & groove exterior plywood over 2" X 4" framing on 16" centers.
WALLS:
2" X 4" framing, 16" on center, sided with horizontal tongue & groove, V-joint, cedar or pine siding, 5/8" T1-11 plywood siding, or vinyl. Sidewall height is 6'4".
VENTING:
4" round metal vents in each gable end.
ROOFS:
Gambrel - Gambrel roof style made with 1" X 10" pine boards over trusses 2' on center with 4' of over head, loft space and an overall height to the peak of 11'.
Salt Box - Salt Box roof style, made with 1" X 10" pine boards covered trusses 2' on center with over head loft space and an overall height at peak of 11'.
(for both styles with sizes longer than 16' and wider than 12', 1/2" 4-plywood is used over trusses.)
DOORS:
731/2" high X 5' wide, double doors are included with these buildings.

Standard with these sheds - Brown, white or black roof shingles and "Sikkens SRD" wood preservative (to be applied by purchaser). One large or two single windows on 5' wide double door or a 30" wide single door.
